Re: Size displayed while creating elements uses paper size not scale size.
162' divided by 20 when I stated that I was using 1":20' scale means 162 feet divided by 20 feet to get 8.1 scaled grid inches. Your sarcasm is not productive. The "Good for you" comment shows your character. Please do not ever respond to another one of my post. I will learn from others who have pat...

Re: Size displayed while creating elements uses paper size not scale size.
I was studying and using AutoCAD for 6 months and it show the scaled length I was drawing. With Qcad, I have to calculate each line. So with the drawing set for Arch D and scale is 1"=20', to draw a 162' line I will need to divied 162 by 20. This gives me 8.1 and will draw a line 8.1 grid inches. If...

Size displayed while creating elements uses paper size not scale size.
How can I get the length size to display the scale size and not the paper length?
When I draw a line or other elements, the length is displayed as a green number represent the paper or grid dimension,
I would like it to represent the scaled distance.
Win 10
Qcad Pro 3.26.4.0 (3.26.4)

Crt + Enter to exit text tool.
I just found that you can use Crt + Enter to exit text tool.
Instead of having grab the mouse to click the OK button to exit, use Crt + Enter. Saves a little time.
This may work with out tool boxes too.......

Re: Copy Attributes From One Text To Another Text
I just looked at the Find/Replace as you have suggested but that does not seem to be helpful. I have 50 or more individually created text all over the drawing such as 1, 12A, F45. They all need to be changed from 0.025 to 0.25 in size. I have tried to select a bunch of them and bring up the property...

Proprietary information on drawing, cannot upload.
The Text is created via this text tool in the attached screen shot, What is the fix if it is inline text?

[solved] Copy Attributes From One Text To Another Text
Version:
3.26.4.0 (3.26.4)
I can I copy the attributes of one text to another? I have about 50 individual text items that I need to go back and change the size.
I tried to select all text items and then the properties box to change the height .....but that did not work.
