Create simple text (no formatting)

Affects drawings with block referenced to empty block for auto zoom and command line tools (dwg2bmp, dwg2pdf, ...).

1. Add user defined hatch pattern to patterns directory
2. Create drawing using that hatch pattern
3. Save drawing
4. Pattern stored with hatch entity does not match user defined pattern

Optionally show context menu when right-mouse button is clicked on top of entity.

Originally from FS#1111: “Furthermore, the two named applications show that it’s easily possible to combine dragging (mouse pressed) and context menu (mouse clicked) on the same mouse button.
Providing a context menu would increase the usability especially for people used to Windows default applications.

Erroneous block recursion detected when placing, moving large blocks due to update interruption on mouse moves.

Add support for importing units other than defaults (pixels) based on unit given in svg:width / svg:height attributes.

Exploding polylines which are closed both geometrically (first vertex equals last vertex) and logically (closed property is true) results in an additional zero length line after the last segment.

dwg2pdf shows error under Windows systems:
Fatal: QWidget: Cannot create a QWidget when no GUI is being used

Linetypes should be sorted in linetype combo boxes.

Windows paths are expected to be consistent, but aren’t (slash / backslash mixup) which can lead to QCAD thinking that a source was removed even if it wasn’t.

Property ColorSettings/BackgroundColor can contain localized color name in DXF.

Preview always shows maximum number of previewable rows instead of configured number of rows.

If third party files are loaded with linetype names with leading or trailing spaces, they cannot be saved.

Error:
“Invalid Symbol Table name”

Linear factor of dimensions is reset to drawing default (DIMLFAC) if set to 1, even if drawing default is not 1 on saving.

File > Open shows empty dialog for 1 minute, then shows dialog contents.
