FS#835 - And shortcut to change value in Option toolbar
Pressing TAB should directly activate the corresponding text-field if a tool is activated where a numerical value can be set in the Option toolbar.
Pressing TAB again should select the next text-field in the Option toolbar.
If the last text-field in the toolbar is activated pressing TAB should deactivate the text-field. Pressing TAB one more time after this should again activate the first text-field.
It's Ctrl-Space (see also View - Focus on Options Toolbar).
Sorry i'm just testing QCAD very hard and sometimes i overlook options that are there already.
Ctrl-Space already works well. Afterwards jumping from one text-field to the next using TAB is working too.
Would it be possible to additionally have TAB do the same as Ctrl-Space in this situation? (maybe first jump to the Command Line, then once pressed again to the Options Toolbar)
I think tab is already defined system-wide to give focus to the 'next' field (for example in the property editor or options tool bar). In the command line, tab is used for command completion (Unix and Windows command line standard). That's the reason why this key code has to be something different.
No problem about overlooking things. I appreciate your feedback, although not all feature requests might get implemented as some might be quite controversial among QCAD users ;)
