FS#1978 - Mirror is not Flip

Hi Andrew,

Nosing around in the QCAD Reference Manual I noticed a misperception in the Mirror / Flip commands.

Thanks for pointing that out.

In the context of 2D CAD / drawing, "flipping" is indeed a synonym (at least colloquial) for mirroring. Users are used to and looking for a flip tool. Other major CAD brands also refer to mirroring as flipping and I've decided to use that same terminology.
