FS#1866 - DXF: EXTMIN/EXTMAX interchanged
In the attached drawing, the origin is at the lower left, but $EXTMAX 10 = 0, 20 = .66473 and $EXTMIN = 10 = 3.2, 20 = 0
The X value for $EXTMAX should be 3.2
The X value for #EXTMIN should be 0
