FS#1029 - Selecting many entities: poor performance
Selecting a great number of entities (>10000) can be slow, likely due to updating the property editor.

Performance has been significantly
improved (~factor 30 for 5000
entities)
Possible solution: don't update property editor if more than a configured number of entities are selected. Offer a button to manually force updating the property editor.
An improvement to this would indeed be useful. If there was a way to better handle drawings in general with a lot of entities it would be good, often, even when not selected, a great number of entities affects general performance any way!
