I know how to use different thickness for different layers. But in my case qcad does not respond to this change. As you can see in this image http://www.bilder-upload.eu/show.php?file=8bdadc-1331341089.png, I am using different color and line thickness (0.5 mm, 1.0 mm, 2.0 mm) for the three layers shown, but only colors are changing. Line thickness remains unchanged. The three entities have been drawn in different layers.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Not sure about CE version but with the pro versions -no problem!

Does that mean it has only to do with versions? Yes, I am using the CE version.
