Comandlinemenu
I get this command on bottom. I see a arrow inside of a television symbol attached to a 6 inch block. I open other drawings and it stays I close program and it returns,

"COMANDLINEMENU" lets me think about a menu item for the Command Line but I can not locate "commandlinemenu" textual in QCAD sources.
With or without the double 'm', case-insensitive.
In a standard installation the Command Line widget is usually at the bottom, below the drawing panel.
The Options Toolbar is usually above the drawing panel.
But both can be moved to a custom location or set floating.
If it is still visible when you close QCAD then I think it is not related to QCAD.
You might want to reset your QCAD configuration:

Looks like the idle state of the Options Toolbar but I can not associate that with what you call a "6 inch block".
