When I click HELP \ CHECK FOR QCAD PRO UPDATES in my copy of QCAD Pro (3.28.1) it says that there is an update available (to 3.28.2) and "If you have purchased QCAD Professional or QCAD/CAM less than a year ago, you can download your update now by clicking on the link in the e-mail that was sent to you after your purchase."
I purchased QCAD Pro in June 2023 and received an email from Ribbonsoft with an invoice attached marked "paid." There's no link in that email or that PDF. I have searched everywhere for any email containing "QCAD" or "Ribbonsoft" that has a link, but can't find any. I suppose that I may have deleted it.
Can I send my "paid invoice" to anyone and receive back an email with a link to where I can download the QCAD Pro update?
