Edit > Application Preferences > Graphics View > Appearance > Show Rulers does not appear to have any effect. How can I enable the rulers?

Please try restarting QCAD after switching rulers on. If you cannot fix the problem, you might want to reset the QCAD configuration by deleting QCAD3.ini:

Hi,
I have the same problem with QCAD Professional (Trial Version), but on a Mac, so the .ini workaround, presumably, is not an option.
