QCAD does not support all entity types or features of the DXF/DWG formats. Polyface and other 3D contents are not supported and we are not planning to support these in the future. I'm afraid that QCAD Professional will not work on your installation as there appears to be something wrong (very likely a faulty DLL that was installed by another software). I'm happy to issue a full refund, please confirm.
