Library browser not in View - Toolbars menu

Allow users to enter numeric values as fractions in the format ‘number numerator/denominator’, for example ‘7 3/4’.

Values might also be represented that way in the property editor and in other places of the user interface if desired by the user.

Split up library browser as separate, QCAD independent tool.

Scripts that are included through the ECMAScript include function are read with a default constructed QTextStream. UTF-8 should be forced.

Support drawing linetype scale factor (LTSCALE)

Calibrate printer X/Y ratio and possibly scale to allow accurate printing even on inaccurate printers.

If spline boundary has fit points, hatch is loaded with visible inaccuracy.

Handle situation in which DB file is locked (from previous crash, ...).

Currently, the debugger is shown repeatedly.
