FS#624 - Line pattern scale

If we use a dash line type and set the overall linetype factor to 100 on a drawing (plan of 20metres x 20 metres approx) and then come to print it on A3, the linetype is not being scalled back from 20metres to suit the page extents.

So instead of lots of dashes we see just 2 strikes across the page. For now we set the linefactor low, which is good for printing, but now appears a solid line in the display unless we really zoom in.

Adjust global line type scale as desired

This is expected behavior.

Please keep in mind:
- Line types are defined in Millimeter, relatively small and meant primarily for printing.
- E.g. a dashed line has dashes with 12mm length for a line that is 1mm wide.
- Independent of drawing unit and drawing scale factor, a dashed line with a line weight of 1mm will always print with 12mm long dashes.
- In model space, the same line is shown with 12mm dashes in real drawing units (i.e. usually very small dashes for a drawing in meters).

I've changed this into feature request as there might be better solutions / ideas to handle line type scales in model space.

In Qcad2 the linetypes on model space shows well, but in Qcad3 shows very small (for drawing in meters)

My idea is that the linetype in model view modify your scale in acording to print preview

QCAD 3 final offers a global line type scale setting:
