  • page 44, table 6-1, all languages: overlapping text
  • page 44/45, figure 6-5, layer dialog: book text is "Color: Black / White" but the layer dialog shows only "black" ("white" is another color)
  • page 52, table 8-1: text overlaps with images, wrong page layer
  • page 116, figure 11-1: overlapping text
  • page 129, table 11-2: overlapping text
  • page 155, table 14-1: overlapping text
  • page 166, table 14-2: text overlaps with images
