FS#1795 - Quit Menu Item disabled after opening preferences
Quit Menu Item disabled after opening preferences.
System: OSX 10.13.6
Qcad version: 3.21.2.0
How to repeat:
- Open QCad
- Open preferences dialogue “QCad Pro → Preferences”
- Close dialogue
- The menu item “Quit QCad Pro” is now disabled. See attached screenshot
Repeatability: 100%
Not reproducible here (macOS 10.13.6, QCAD 3.21.2).
Can you please double check that you have installed the QCAD package for your macOS version? That's the package with name "qcad-3.21.2-pro-osx-10.10-10.13.dmg".
I have double checked that it is the correct version and not any of the legacy versions (to be absolutely sure I downloaded the image again). Also, I noticed that it does not necessarily have to be "Preferences", clicking "About QCad Pro" gives the same behavior. Seems like any dialogue causes this behavior.
It's a small thing with an easy workaround so please don't spend too much time on this especially if you cannot repeat it.
I will use this as an exceuse to completely wipe my MBP. Will reinstall QCad Pro and check again. ETA Thu 9 aug 21.00 CET+2
After wiping the disk and re-installing OSX and QCad I can no longer repeat this issue. Sorry for wasting your time.
Close.
OK, thanks.
