FS#1583 - Option / Rotation missing defaults for 15 and 345 degree

... just cosmetic!

The Option drop down list for rotations (e.g. Paste etc) shows all steps incremental for every 15 degree - but 15 and 345 degree are missing.

I’m happy that we don’t have bigger problems!!! :-)
